Awareness Event for World Thyroid Day

The Thyroid Scientific Section of the Hellenic Endocrine Society, in collaboration with the Deputy Mayor’s Office for Social Policy, Solidarity and Public Health of the Municipality of Thessaloniki, is co-organizing an educational event on Sunday, May 24, 2026, in Thessaloniki, at the Central Municipal Library of Thessaloniki (27 Ethnikis Amynis Street).

The event aims to inform and raise awareness among the general public, as well as to engage physicians from other specialties, with a focus on the importance of prevention, early diagnosis, and appropriate management of thyroid disorders.

Distinguished physicians and scientists will participate in the event, sharing their knowledge and clinical experience with the audience. The programme will conclude with an open discussion and Q&A session with attendees.

Admission is free to the public.
